This Privacy Policy describes the information Tetrapolar LLC ("Tetrapolar") collects through the Tetrapolar platform during the beta phase. It covers only data collection practices.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
Tetrapolar collects limited information when you create or update an account:
- Email address
- Username or display name
- Time zone or locale settings
- Optional profile fields you choose to provide, such as name or company name
1.2 Authentication and Security Data
- Passwords stored as cryptographic hashes
- Two-factor authentication identifiers, if enabled
- Security-related session information
Tetrapolar does not collect private keys, seed phrases, or any signing material.
1.3 Automatically Collected Usage Data
When you interact with the platform, Tetrapolar automatically records IP address, device and browser details, access timestamps, actions performed within the platform, and error logs. This data is collected to maintain service integrity and security.
1.4 Deal Metadata
To coordinate multisig escrow operations, Tetrapolar collects wallet descriptor metadata, multisig signing and coordination status, and transaction-related workflow identifiers. Tetrapolar never receives or stores private keys or unencrypted signing data.
1.5 Communications With Tetrapolar
If you contact Tetrapolar, we collect the content of your message, attachments you provide, and associated communication metadata.
1.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies
Tetrapolar uses session cookies and equivalent technologies strictly for authentication, maintaining a secure session, and service functionality. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Tetrapolar does not collect private keys, seed phrases, wallet backups, payment card information, bank account numbers, government identifiers unless voluntarily provided in communication, or biometric data.
3. How We Obtain Information
Data is obtained directly from users, automatically from devices when accessing the platform, and from deal workflows required for multisig coordination.
4. Jurisdiction
Tetrapolar LLC operates under the legal framework of Próspera ZEDE. Information collected is processed in accordance with its applicable regulations.
5. Updates to This Privacy Policy
Tetrapolar may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The effective date will indicate the latest version.
